Funeral service for Ken Parker will be held 11 AM Friday, March 30, 2007 in Blanchard St. Denis Chapel with Rev. John Karle officiating. Burial will be in Memory Lawn Cemetery at Natchitoches, La. Visitation will be Thursday, March 29, 2007 from 5 PM until 9 PM and on Friday, March 30, 2007 from 8 AM until service time in the funeral home. Mr. Parker, 50, of Natchitoches, La., died Tuesday, March 27, 2007, at Natchitoches Regional Medical Center in Natchitoches, La. He was a native of Natchitoches, La. He was a former press machine operator for Trus/Joist, Inc. in Natchitoches, La. He was in his third year at NSU seeking a degree in Computer Information Systems. He was a veteran of The Viet Nam Era serving in The U. S. Army. He was preceded in death by his father, James Dale Parker. He is survived by his wife Ginny Fontenot Parker of Natchitoches, La.; two daughters, Megan Renee Parker and Jessica Marie Parker of Natchitoches, La; one son, Samuel Dale Parker of Natchitoches, La.; mother, LaRae Fix Parker of Colmbia, La.; two brothers, Ronnie C Parker of West Monroe, La. and Jason T. Parker of Columbia, La.; grandfather, Frank Agundez of Reno, NV.; 6 nieces and 3 nephews Pallbearers will be Russell Coffey, Lester Irvin, Jeff Fontenot, Michael Fontenot, Ron Bolton, and Scott Waskom.
