Bertha Lee Honeycutt Norris

Funeral service for Bertha Lee Honeycutt Norris will be held 2 PM Sunday, April 29, 2007 in Blanchard St. Denis Chapel with Rev. Roger Matkin officiating. Burial will be in Bellwood Cemetery at Bellwood, La. Visitation will be Saturday, 28, 2007 from 6 PM until 8 PM and on Sunday, April 29, 2007 from 8 AM until service time in the funeral home. Mrs. Norris, 88, of Natchitoches, La., died Wednesday, April 25, 2007, at Natchitoches Regional Medical Center in Natchitoches, La. She was a native of Vowells Mill, La. She was a homemaker and member of Bellwood Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Other Daniel Norris; Daughter, Bonnie Lee Nichols; parents, Ellis Honeycutt and Mary LaFitte Honeycutt; sister, Vicie Honeycutt McClory; brothers, Leo Honeycutt and Zennie Honeycutt. She is survived by three grandchildren, Clyde Downs of Natchitoches, La., Danny Nichols of Tioga, La., and Walter Nichols of Pineville, La.; three great grandchildren, Cody Nichols, Jacob Nichols, and Ashlyn Nichols. Pallbearers will be Charles Randall Norman, Brooks DeFee, Bob Miller, Kevin Honeycutt, Danny Nichols, and Walter Nichols. Honorary Pallbearer will be Walter R Nichols, Jr., Fred McClory, Jr., and Meade Miller.
