Graveside service for James Harold Coleman will be held 5 PM Saturday, May 7, 2011 in Bethany Cumberland Cemetery at Fairview Alpha, La. with Rev. Matthew Pagels officiating,. Mr. Coleman, 84, of Shreveport, La., died Thursday, May 5, 2011, at LSU Health Sciences Center Shreveport in Shreveport, La. Mr. Coleman was a native of Campti, La. He was a maintenance man. He was a veteran of World War II serving in the U. S. Navy. He was preceded in death by his parents, William Otis Coleman and Bama Grillette Coleman; brothers, Ernest Coleman and Dillard Coleman He is survived by one sister, Sybel Brown of Natchitoches, La.; nephew, Michael Frank of Lindale, Tx.; niece, Connie Soong and husband Dr. Herman Soong of Baton Rouge, La.
