Andrew Wesley Setliff, age 21, of Flatwoods, LA, passed away Friday, June 10, 2011 in Derry, LA. Arrangements are being handled by Blanchard St. Denis Funeral Home in Natchitoches, LA, where the family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM Sunday, June 12, 2011. There will be a viewing held during the visitation from 5:00 pm until 6:00 pm. Graveside services and interment will be held at Flatwoods Cemetery at 9:00 AM Monday, June 13, 2011, with Rev. Roland George officiating. “Andy” was a good hearted and loving young man. He was a country boy: whether it was spending time in the woods or working on the farm; he enjoyed the outdoors. He was a fun person to be around, he most always wore a smile, and never talked bad of anyone. He lived, he laughed, and he loved; and will be dearly missed by his family and friends. He is survived by his mother, Angela Setliff of New Orleans, LA; his father, Deral Franklin Setliff and wife Gwenna of Mora, LA; two sisters, Scarlet Kerry of Mora, LA and Margaret Setliff of Mora, LA; two brothers, Shawn Kerry of Cotile, LA and Tristen Setliff of Mora, LA; two first cousins, Kristin Hebert of Baton Rouge, LA and Justin Stuart of Shreveport, LA; and one uncle, Chuck Stuart of Alexandria, LA.
