Services for Robert Monette will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, November 17, 2011 in St. John the Baptist Catholic Church with Father Kenneth Obiekwe officiating. Burial will be in Cloutierville Catholic Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. on Wednesday, November 16, 2011 with recitation of the holy rosary to begin at 7 p.m. Mr. Monette, 73, of Romeoville, Illinois, formerly of Cloutierville, died Friday, November 11, 2011 at his home. Mr. Monette was a retired union laborer and a member of St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic Parish in Romeoville, IL. Survivors include his Wife, Valeria K. Monette of Romeoville, IL, one son, Warren White of Warrenville, IL., 2 grandchildren, Michael White of Norridge, IL and Joseph White of Warrenville, IL. his nieces Gwendolyn Merrit of Cloutierville, Melissa Howard of Cloutierville, Tiffany Coutee of Lantana, Florida, Simone Coutee of Lantana, Florida, and a nephew, Eric Coutee of Lantana, Florida. Mr. Monette is preceded in death by his Father and Mother, Regis Monette and Camelia Rachal Monette of Cloutierville, and his Sisters, Cleo Coutee of Alexandria and Mary Jean Howard of Cloutierville. Mr. Monette was a proud nephew of many Aunts and Uncles.
