Darryl Oneal Holland

Graveside Services for Darryl Oneal Holland will be held on Monday, the 5th of March 2012 at 10 a.m. at Friendship Cemetery in Friendship Cemetery in Provencal with Rev. James McDonald officiating. Friends are invited to visit with the family on Sunday, the 4th of March 2012 from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. at Blanchard-St. Denis Funeral Home in Natchitoches. Mr. Holland, age 61, passed away on Saturday, the 3rd of March 2012 in his home with loving family and friends by his side. He was born on the 4th of April 1950 to his parents Freeman Holland and the late Lawanda Adams Holland. He worked as a heavy equipment operator in forestry business for Boise Cascade retiring after 26 years. After he worked at Walsh Timber and his last job was for the City of Natchitoches Police Jury. He is preceded in death by his mother, Lawanda Adams Holland. He is survived by his wife, Carmen Holland of Provencal; his son, Justin Holland and wife Michelle of Provencal; his daughter, Amber Holland of Provencal; his grand-daughter, Ava Grace Holland; and his sister, Jennise Martin of Provencal. Those honored to serve as pallbearers will be Randy Yopp, Wilmer Holland, Roy Massey, Ralph Roe, Joe Hays, Bryant Gandy and Phillip Gandy. Honorary pallbearers will be Justin Holland, Donnie Martin, Cregg Brundige and George Holland.
