Paul Jordan, Sr.

Funeral services for Mr. Paul Jordan, Sr. will be held 11 am on Friday, March 9, 2012 at the Coldwater Baptist Church in Coldwater with Brother Norris Curry and Brother Chad Cooper officiating. Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 8, 2012 from 5 p.m. until 9 pm and again Friday from 8 am until service at the Coldwater Baptist Church in Coldwater. Interment will be in the Pine Grove Cemetery in Coldwater. Mr. Jordan, age 72, passed away on Tuesday, March 6, 2012. He was born May 10, 1939 to the late Thomas Jordan and Ebber (Waters) Jordan in Robeline, LA. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ina Bell Jordan; son, Kenneth Leland Jordan; daughter, Jackie Louise Jordan; and brothers, Charlie Jordan, Ray Jordan and Clifford Jordan. He was a loving father, grandfather and great grandfather and will be dearly missed by his family and friends. Those left to cherish his memory are his sons, Paul "Chip" Jordan, Jr. and wife Michelle of Natchitoches, Danny Jordan and wife Andria of Coldwater; daughter, Rhonda Gallien and husband Danny of Natchitoches; grandchildren, Brittany Jordan, Ken Jordan, Jr., Christina McCart, John Gallien, Mark Gallien, Alex Jordan, Matthew Gallien, Austin Jordan, and Luke Gallien; great-grandchildren, Kenzleigh Jordan, and Addison Grace McCart; sisters, Betty DuFrene, Doris Cooper and Lois Ann Bybee; brothers, Fred Jordan, Don Jordan and Kenny Jordan. Those honored to serve as pallbearers will be Mark Gallien, John Gallien, Alex Jordan, Ken Jordan, Jeremy McCart and Kenneth Guin. Honorary pallbearers will be Matthew Gallien, Luke Gallien and Austin Jordan. In lieu of floral contributions, donations may be made to the Coldwater Cemetery fund or the Pine Grove Cemetery Fund, 116 Lou Ivy Road, Natchitoches, La 71457.
