Louis Reed Rutan

Funeral Services for Louis R. Rutan will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, the 1st of June 2012 in the Chapel at Blanchard-St. Denis Funeral Home in Natchiotches. Burial will follow in the Mt. Zion Cemetery in Belmont. Friends are invited to the funeral home Thursday evening from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. for visitation with the family. Louis, age 58, passed away early on Tuesday evening, May 29th. He worked for a majority of his life as carpenter setting flooring. He is preceded in death by his brother Larry Grantham. He is survived by his wife, Penny Guin of Natchitoches; his sons, Clay Rutan and wife Ashley of Nobel and Louis W. Rutan and wife Shelly of Natchitoches; his grandchildren, Claylee, Chaseton, Havannah, Allisa, Zachary and Alexia; his sisters, Dottie and husband Cokie of Readhimer, Bobbie and husband Charles of Livingston, Colorado, Juanita Sing of Martin and Cindy Youngblood of Martin; his brother, Milton and wife of Fort Worth, Texas.
