Phyllis Ann Moore McMahon

A memorial service for Phyllis McMahon, of Provencal, LA, will be held at 5:00 pm on Wednesday, June 27, 2012 at Harmony Baptist Church in Provencal, LA with Rev. Betty Dew officiating. Phyllis, 55 years of age, passed away June 21, 2012 in Provencal, LA. She was born February 14, 1957 to the late Glenn Moore and Rachel Banes Moore in New Orleans, LA. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Walter L. McMahon Sr.; one son, Damien A. Moore; and one brother, Eddie Moore. Phyllis is survived by two sons, Walter L McMahon Jr. of Provencal, LA and James E. McMahon of Provencal, LA; two daughters, Mary McMahon of Provencal, LA and Waldean L. Cameron of Jewitt, TX; two grandchildren, Charise N. McMahon and Jacqueline L. Rushing; three sisters, Glenda Campbell of Ringgold, LA, Yvonne Blomberg of Stonewall, LA, and Shirley Christenson of Natchitoches, LA; two brothers, Todd Moore of Stonewall, LA and Andre’ Moore of Stonewall, LA; and a host of nieces and nephews.
