Funeral service for Anease Beaudoin Sorgee will be 1 PM Saturday, October 20, 2007 in Blanchard St. Denis Chapel with Deacon Joe Peltier officiating. Burial will be in Fern Park Cemetery at Natchitoches, La. Visitation will be Friday, October 19, 2007 from 5 PM until 9 PM with a Rosary Service at 6 PM and visitation on Saturday, October 20, 2007 from 8 AM until service time in the funeral home.
Mrs. Sorgee, 88, of Natchitoches, La., died Tuesday, October 16, 2007, in her residence at Natchitoches, La.
She was a native and lifelong resident of Natchitoches, La. She was a homemaker and a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. .
She was preceded in death by her husband, Roland Sorgee, Sr.; parents, Joseph Beaudoin and Alice LaCaze Beaudoin; two brothers,
Phillip Beaudoin and Allen Beaudoin
She is survived by three sons, James Roland Sorgee of Longview, Tx., Reynold Sorgee and wife Linda of Granbury, Tx., and Roland Sorgee, Jr. and wife LaDean of Longview, Tx.; five grandchildren, Brian Sorgee of Farmerville, La., Janelle Sorgee of Longview, Tx., Angela Rennolds and husband John of Chattanooga, Tn., Jason Sorgee and wife Cassie of Longview, Tx., and Mark Sorgee of Longview, Tx.; great-grandchildren, Jared Roland Sorgee, Kaleb Sorgee, and Jacob Sorgee; four sisters, Dee Livingston of El Dorado, Ar., Bernice Beaudoin of Natchitoches, La., Gladys McFerren of Natchitoches, La., and Maisy Williams of Rosepine, La.; one brother, Raymond Beaudoin of Natchitoches, La.; serveral nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Brian Sorgee, Jason Sorgee, Mark Sorgee, Robbie Baker, Rodney Baker, Bruce Baker, Walter McFerren, and Raymond Beaudoin.
