Clara L. Metoyer

A Mass of Christian Burial for Clara L. Metoyer will be 10 am Monday, August 6, 2012 at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Isle Brevelle with Rev. Adam Travis serving as celebrant. Entombment will follow in St. Augustine Catholic Cemetery Mausoleum. The family will receive friends from 5 pm until 9 pm on Sunday, August 5, 2012 at Blanchard St. Denis. Recitation of the Rosary will be at 6 pm on Sunday, August 5, 2012 at Blanchard St. Denis Funeral Home. Mrs. Metoyer, 93 years of age, passed away Thursday August 2, 2012. She was born April 2, 1919 in Cloutierville, LA to the late Fermin and Louise (Coutee) La Cour. She is survived by her son, Robert Metoyer; a daughter, Clara Neal as well as numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many friends.
