Lucille (Rachal) Conde

A Mass of Christian Burial to celebrate the life of Lucille R. Conde will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, the 1st of September 2012 at the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Cloutierville with Bishop Michael G. Duca, Bishop of Shreveport, principal celebrant, assisted by Reverend Monsignor Earl V. Provenza, V.F., Reverend Harold Imamshah, and the Very Reverend Rothell Price, V.G. Burial will follow in St. John the Baptist Catholic Cemetery. Friends are invited to a visitation with the family the morning of the service at the church beginning at 9 a.m. Recitation of the Holy Rosary will begin at 10:30 a.m. Mrs. Conde, age 74, of Cloutierville, passed away on Tuesday, the 28th of August 2012 in the Courtyard of Natchitoches. She was a lifelong native of Cloutierville. She was a long time parishioner of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Cloutierville and a member of the Altar Society. She never met a stranger. She loved her husband, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren, sister, brothers, nieces, nephews and friends with all her heart. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Cora Rachal; four sisters, Nora Balthazar, Bertha Bayone, Florence Beaudion, and Henrietta Beaudion; and two brothers, Horace Rachal and Raymond Rachal. Those left to cherish her memory include her husband of 57 years James “Man” Conde of Cloutierville; her children, Barbara Conde-Jackson and husband, Samuel; Danny Ray Conde and wife Martha; Elaine Gallion, Beverly “Jeanie” Bayonne and husband, Leslie; her grandchildren, Susan Robinson and husband, Eric, Janet Benjamin and husband, Mark, Kristi Willis and husband, Keith, Derrick Bayonne and wife, Jeri, Michael Gallion, Danielle Conde and Rachel Gallion; her great grandchildren, Madison Robinson, Morgan Robinson, McKenzie Benjamin and Kameron Willis; her twin sister, Cecile Monette and husband, Felix; her brothers, Henry Rachal and wife, Doris and Clarence Rachal; and a host of nieces, nephews and special friends. Those honored to serve as pallbearers will be Danny Ray Conde, Derrick Bayonne, Michael Gallion, Gerard Gallion, Leslie Bayonne and Eric Robinson. Honorary pallbearers will be Samuel Jackson and her nephews. In lieu of floral contributions, the family requests that memorial donations be made to Hospice of Natchitoches, 340 2nd Street, Natchitoches, LA 71457.
