Vivian Nadine Masters

Funeral services to honor the life of Vivian Masters will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, the 8th of September 2012 in the chapel of Blanchard-St. Denis Funeral Home in Natchitoches with the Reverend Glynn Howard to serve as celebrant. Burial will follow in the Bellwood Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Friday evening, the 7th of September 2012 at Blanchard-St. Denis in Natchitoches. Mrs. Masters, age 87, passed away on the 6th of September 2012 in the Sabine Retirement and Rehabilitation facility in Many. She was a long time resident of Bellwood. She was a member of the Bellwood Baptist Church. She was also a member of The Order of the Eastern Star. She is preceded in death by her husband, Delton Masters; her parents, Claude and Georgia McGaha; her sisters, Aline Nash, Lurlene Cheshire, and Gertie Bison; her brother, Huey McGaha; and her grand-daughter, Beth Keeley. Those left to cherish her memory are her children, George Masters and wife Gail of Karnack, Texas, Nadine Simon of Lake Charles, Douglas Masters and wife Mary of Bellwood, Glynn Masters and wife Nancy of Natchitoches, Margaret Masters of Bellwood, and Renee Rachal and husband Doug of Campti; her sister, Nell Maxey of Many; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
