Virginia Ann Sanders

A service to honor the life of Virginia Ann Sanders will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, the 10th of September 2012, in the Cloutierville Baptist Church with Reverend Paul Grace and Mr. Gary Robertson to serve as celebrants. Burial will be in the Cloutierville Baptist Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday evening from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. at the church. Mrs. Sanders, age 69, passed away on Friday, the 7th of September 2012 in her home in Provencal. She is preceded in death by her husband, Douglas Joaquin Sanders; her parents, J.T. and Alfie Gilcrease; her brothers, Billy and Wayne Gilcrease; her grandson, Davin Joaquin Sanders, Jr.; and daughter in law, Rebecca Nicole Sanders. She is survived by her sons, Ricky Sanders and wife Rhonda of Cloutierville and Davin Joaquin Sanders, Sr. of Provencal; her grandchildren, Danielle, Jake, William, and Michael Sanders, Sr.; her great grandchildren, B.J., Nicholas, Michael, Dakota and Piper Sanders, Hayden Harris, and Rayleigh Warren; her nephews, Danny and Donnie Irish. Those honored to serve as pallbearers will be Michael Sanders, Sr., William Sanders, Joey Waters, Glenn O’Bannon, Jay Kay, and Hoyt Wayne Coker. Honorary pallbearers will be LaVelle Kay, Ernest Sonny Barnes and Robert Robertson. The family would like to extend their thanks to Dr. James Jackson, Dr. Michael Moore and Dr. Joyce Feagin and their staffs, also the staff of Harmony Home Health and the Hospice of Natchitoches.
