Funeral service for David Wayne Jordan will be held 10 AM Thursday, November 8, 2007 in Robeline, First Baptist Church with Rev. Brian Ray officiating. Burial will be in Rocky Mount Cemetery at Robeline, LA. under the direction of Blanchard St. Denis Funeral Home of Natchitoches, La. Visitation will be Wednesday, November 7, 2007 from 5 PM until 9 PM and on Thursday, November 8, 2007 from 8 AM until service time in the church. Mr. Jordan, 66, of Robeline, La., died Tuesday, November 6, 2007, in Robeline, LA. He was a native and lifelong resident of Robeline, La. He was a retired truck driver. He was a member of Robeline Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest T,. Jordan and Bessie Broadway Jordan; three brothers. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Rosanell Howington Jordan of Robeline, LA; four daughters, Juanita Green and husband Sammy of Robeline, LA, Kim Jordan and husband Skip of Robeline, LA, Jenny Sparks and husband Donald of Robeline, LA, and Belinda Berry and husband Wayne of Robeline, LA; seven grandchildren, Rica Morvan and husband Jerrin, Samantha Green, Ashley Boone, Bubba Jordan, Dakota Sparks, Kristen Berry, Joshua Berry; four great grandchildren, Jacey Morvan, Gabe Morvan, Tristan Manasco, and Reggie Perrow; one sister, Judy DuBois and husband Lynn of Robeline, LA.; and a host of nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Hoss Broadway, Graylen Broadway, Jeffery Mitchell, Terry Lambert, Ronald Griffin, Randy Peeples. Honorary pallbearer will be Tom Walker.
