Funeral service Norma Rae Bryant Rawls will be held 1 PM Monday, November 12, 2007 in Bethany Baptist Church at Marthaville, LA with Rev. Billy Burkett officiating. Burial will be in Marthaville Cemetery at Marthaville, LA. Visitation will be Sunday, November 11, 2007, from 5 PM until 9 PM and on Monday, November 12, 2007 from 8 AM until 11 AM in the funeral home and from 12 Noon until service time in the church. Mrs. Rawls, 72, of Marthaville, LA, died Friday, November 9, 2007, in her residence at Marthaville, LA. She was a native of Robeline, LA. She was retired from the U. S. Postal Service in Many, LA. with twenty-one and a half years of service. She was a member of Bethany Baptist Church. . She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Nuel Rawls; son, Kevin Nuel Rawls; parents, Willie Bryant and Amy Ryland Bryant; sister, Georgia Worley. She is survived by one son, Kerry Rawls and wife Karen of Marthaville, LA; one brother, Clyde Bryant and wife Brenda of Lindale, TX; sister, Sharon Moehlmann and husband Jimmy of Marshall, TX; brother-in-law, William Worley of Waco, TX; and a host of nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Allen Bryant, Chris McDowell, Toby Carnline, Cody Nelson, John Rawls, and Kevin Parks. Honorary pallbearers will be Seth Keene, Dennis Salley, Ricky Salley, Rod Middleton, and Ernie Rains.
