Barbara Jean Thomisee Cobb

Funeral service for Barbara Jean Thomisee Cobb will be held 10 AM Saturday, November 24, 2007 in Blanchard St. Denis Chapel with Rev. Rodney Vanzant officiating. Burial will be in Friendship Cemetery at Provencal, La. Visitation will be Friday, November 23, 2007 from 5 PM until 9 PM and on Saturday, November 24, 2007 from 8 AM until service time in the funeral home. Mrs. Cobb, 59, of Natchitoches, La. died Tuesday, November 13, 2007, at Nathan Adelson Hospice in Las Vegas, Nev. She was a native of Campti, La and former resident of Natchitoches, La. She was a former lunchroom worker at Weaver Elementary School in Natchitoches, La. She was co-owner of B and L Auto Sales. She was a member of Campti Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, L. C. Cobb; parents, Tillis Thomisee and Leona Anderson Thomisee; sister, Brenda Allgor. She is survived by one daughter, Lillith Cobb Leija and husband Nicolas of Las Vegas, Nv.three grandchild, Candice Leija Barrett and husband Shaun of Las Vegas, Nv., Nicolas Leija, IV of Las Vegas, Nv., and Kati Leija of Las Vegas, Nv.; one great granddaughter, Emily Barrett of Las Vegas, Nv.; one sister, Carla Pepper of Castor, La.;one brother-James Thomisee of Danville, La. Pallbearers will be Daniel Pepper, Rodney Thomisee, Joe Green, John Pinkard, Nicolas Leija, and William Allgor, Jr.
