Rev. Albert Carline

Rev. Albert Carnline, age 70, of Robeline, LA, passed away Tuesday, December 11, 2007, at the hospital in Natchitoches, LA. Arrangements are being handled by Blanchard St. Denis Funeral Home in Natchitoches, LA. The visitation will be held at the Hickory Grove Congregational Methodist Church at 5:00 PM and will last all night, Wednesday, December 12, 2007. The funeral service will be at Hickory Grove Congregational Methodist Church at 2:00 PM Thursday, December 13, 2007, with Rev. John Kindrix officiating. Interment will be at Lambertown Cemetery in Robeline, LA. Rev. Albert was a kind hearted man, a good husband, and a good father. He was a minister for 42 years. He pastored several churches in the Natchitoches and surrounding areas, served on many deacon boards, and held several board offices for different churches. He was logger by trade, and a servant of God by choice. He loved to hunt and fish at times, but his main calling was his ministry. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Angelia Kay Carnline Allen; and his parents, Elijah Carnline and Juanita Freeman Carnline. He is survived by his wife, Louise Carnline of Robeline, LA; one daughter, Juanita Kindrix and husband Phillip of Milam, TX; one son, Albert Wayne Carnline and wife Lois of Flora, LA; three grandchildren, P.J. Kindrix, Casandra Thompson, and Anna Elise Carnline; two great grandchildren, Victoria Kindrix and Isiah Thompson; and one sister, Eloise Green of Leesville, LA. Pallbearers will be James Shoemaker, Bob Green, Gary Green, B. J. Shoemaker, Jerry Wayne Green, and Kenneth Green. Honorary Pallbearers will be Jerry Carnline, R.J. Jenkins, Clyde Shoemaker, Bobby Shoemaker, Raymond Shoemaker, and Clifford Shoemaker.
