Geneva Mae Harris

A service to honor the life of Geneva Mae Harris will be 2 pm Thursday, November 1, 2012 in the chapel of Blanchard St. Denis with Rev. Dennis Bjornberg officiating. Interment will follow at Lambertown Cemetery in Robeline. The family will receive friends from 5 pm until 9 pm on Wednesday, October 31, 2012 at Blanchard St. Denis. Mrs. Harris passed away October 29, 2012 in Natchitoches. She was born February 19, 1934 to the late Eli and Mae (Broadway) Jordan in Natchitoches, LA . She worked for many years as a hair dresser in Natchitoches. She was preceded in death by her husband Charles Brian, Sr and her son, Charles Brian, Jr. Those left to cherish her memory include her sons, Wayne Brian and his wife Pauline and Jonus Brian; sisters, Louise Norman and Carolyn LaRue; brothers, Cooter Jordan and Plez Roe as well as many nieces, nephews and close friends. Those honored to serve as pallbearers are Jeff Womack, Bro. John Elliot, Ted Singletary, Marty Roberts and David Brian.
