Memorial service for Kamie Cromwell Butler will be held 3 PM Friday, January 18, 2008 in Blanchard St. Denis Chapel with Rev. Wade DeCosta officiating. Family will receive friends, Friday, January 18, 2008 from 2 PM until service time. Mrs. Butler, 40, of Natchitoches, LA, died Friday, January 11, 2008, at Natchitoches Regional Medical Center in Natchitoches, LA. She was a native of Salem, Oregon. She and her husband were owners and operators of Cane River Pest Control and a homemaker. She is survived by her husband, Clyde Todd Butler of Natchitoches, LA, daughter, Fallon Grace Cromwell of Natchitoches, LA; son, Michael Lee Cromwell of Natchitoches, LA; two sisters, Katrina Cole and husband Randy of Salem, OR and Teresa Cohen and husband Quinten of Kapaau, HI; five brothers, James Cromwell, Jerry 'J.D." Cromwell and wife Teresa of Portland, OR, Jason Cromwell of Salem, OR, David Fowler and wife Kari of Netarts, OR, and Ronald 'R.D.' Fowler and wife Tasha; parents, David Fowler and Rhonda Fowler of Salem, OR; maternal grandmother, Ruth Gene Piesik of Salem, OR.
