Funeral service for Huey P. McDonald wil be held 3 PM Friday, February 22, 2008 in Blanchard St. Denis Chapel with Rev. James McDonald officiating. Burial will be in Oak Grove Methodist Cemetery at Natchitoches, La. Visitation will be Friday, February 22, 2008 from 10 AM until service time in the funeral home. Mr. McDonald, 78, of Provencal, La., died Tuesday, February 19, 2008, in his residence. He was a native of Provencal, La. He was a former mechanic for C. E. Collins and Son, operated McDonald Water Well Service, and was a farmer. He is survived by his wife, Nancy Johnson McDonald of Provencal, LA; two daughter, Janice Poche of Provencal, LA and Debra Thomasee of Provencal, LA; three grandchildren, Lester Bridy, III of Provencal, LA, James P. McDonald of Provencal, LA, Deana Youngblood of Coushatta, LA; nine great grandchildren; one brother, Milton McDonald of Natchitoches, LA Pallbearers will be Mickey Goodman, Joey Scarbrough, Mike Powell, Jonathan Dortlon, Eddie McDonald, and Eric Morvan.
