Funeral service for Robert Charles Bass, Jr. will be held 11 AM Saturday, February 23, 2008, in St. Anne Catholic Church with Rev. James Foster officiating. Burial will be in St. Anne Catholic Cemetery at Spanish Lake, LA under the direction of Blanchard St. Denis Funeral Home of Natchitoches, LA. Visitation will be Friday, February 22, 2008 from 5:30 PM until service time Saturday, February 23, 2008 in the church. Mr. Bass, 42, of Robeline, La., died Tuesday, February 19, 2008, in Willis-Knighton Medical Center at Shreveport, LA. He was a native of Spanish Lake, La. and member of St. Anne Catholic Church. He was preceded in death by his mother, Johnnie Lee Davis Bass. He is survived by his fiancee, Melinda Rachal of Natchitoche, LA; three daughters, Lacy Bass, Kaitlyn Bass, and Rachel Bass all of Provencal, LA.; father; Robert Charles Bass, Sr. of Robeline, La.; three sisters, Sheila French; Emily Bass, and Louisa Bass of Robeline, LA; one brother, Roy Bass San Antonio, TX.
