Lovell Oxley

A service to honor the life of Mr. Lovell Oxley will be 10 am Saturday, March 9, 2013 at Rocky Mount Congregational Methodist Church in Robeline. Interment will follow at Rocky Mount Cemetery under the direction of Blanchard St. Denis Funeral Home. Visitation will begin at 5 pm on Friday, March 8th and last until service time on Saturday at the church. Mr. Oxley, 83 years of age, passed away Wednesday, March 6, 2013 in Shreveport, LA. He was born April 3, 1929 to the late Tim and Ella (Hayes) Oxley in Ft. Jessup, LA. He will be sadly missed but always remembered as a loving father and grandfather. He is survived by his sons, Danny Oxley and his wife Sherron of Robeline and Harold “Dean” Oxley and his wife Tammy of Robeline; grandchildren, Wendy Davis, Mandy Sawyer, Eric Oxley, Sherry Scott, Tracy Williams, K C Oxley, Tiffany Oxley, Jarrett Oxley, Crystal Lodrigue, Rachael Broadway, Kurt Ezernack, Cassie Bell, Courtney Bell, and Kaden Ezernack; and 15 great grandchildren; sister, Doris Young of AR; brothers, Kenneth Oxley of Robeline, Lloyd Oxley of Bossier City, and Aubrey Oxley of Many.
