Funeral services for Mr. Curtis Craig will be 10 am Tuesday, July 30, 2013 in the chapel of Blanchard St. Denis with Rev. David Lloyd officiating. Interment will follow at Hickory Grove Cemetery in Vowells Mill, LA. The family will receive friends from 5 pm until 8 pm on Monday, July 29, 2013 at Blanchard St. Denis. Mr. Craig was born August 10, 1913 and passed away July 27, 2013 at the age of 99. He passed away at Natchitoches Regional Medical Center. He was preceded in death by his wife, Lois Craig; his daughter, Norma Jean Holland; and an infant son; his parents, Sampson and Casabiana Craig; three sisters, Judy Sharp, Alma Sharp and Juney Mae Honeycutt; four brothers, Clifton Craig, Cleveland Craig, Dempsey Craig and Eston Craig. He is survived by one daughter, Judy Penrod and husband Charles of Vowells Mill; one son-in-law, George Othel Holland of Vowells Mill; three grandchildren, Tracy Penrod of Vowells Mill, Rebecca Salard and husband Johnny of Natchitoches, and Curtis Penrod and wife Elizabeth of Natchitoches
