Adrian Parker

Adrian Hoyt Parker, age 68 departed this life on Tuesday, April 29, 2008. Adrian was a devoted husband, father, and friend, and will be missed by many. He lived his life and raised his family based on simple concepts - hard work, loyalty, integrity and strength. He was always optimistic and possessed a positive attitude. The funeral service for Adrian will be held at 10 AM on Friday, May 2, 2008 at the Trinity Baptist Church in Natchitoches, La., with burial to follow at the Provencal Cemetery in Provencal, La. Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 1, 2008 at Blanchard St. Denis Funeral Home from 5 PM until 8 PM and the following morning from 9 AM until the service begins at the church. Adrian is survived by his wife of 49 years, Pat Parker of Natchitoches, his mother, Eulanee Parker of Provencal, his sister and her husband, Patsy and James Nichols of Lufkin, Tx. and his children and their spouses, Melanie and Jared Robinson and Myles and Kay Parker of Madison, Ms. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren including, Tricia Nelson and her husband Cody Nelson, Joshua Howell, Aimee Howell, Barrett Parker, Breland Parker, Parker Robinson, Patton Robinson, and Matson Nelson. We love you Pop. Adrian was preceded in death by his father, Hoyt Miles Parker and his brother, William ‘Buddy’ Parker.
