Funeral services for Debra Ann Henson will be held at 10:00 am on Thursday, October 3, 2013 at Family Worship Center in Campti, LA with Rev. Matthew Pagels officiating. Interment will follow at Black Lake Full Gospel Cemetery in Campti, LA. The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm on October 2, 2013 at Blanchard - St. Denis Funeral Home in Natchitoches, LA. Debra Henson, 50 years of age, passed away September 30, 2013. She was born April 11, 1963 to James D Hall and Mary Freeman Hall in Natchitoches, LA. Debra was full of life and laughter. She loved making people smile, and enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. She was a loving mother, grandmother, wife, and friend. She enjoyed cooking and spending time outdoors working in her yard. She liked to fish, and would do so any chance she got. Some of her favorite past times where watching her beloved saints play football and even watching the occasional wrestling match on T.V. She grew up in Robeline, LA where she attended Robeline Baptist Church and Harmony Baptist Church in Provencal. In her later years she moved to Goldonna, LA and attented Family Worship Center on Black Lake. Debra was the center of her family and will be dearly missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her husband, Joseph Dedon, Sr. of Goldonna, LA; her son, Herman V. Tatum and Fiance, Nicole Potts of Goldonna, LA; her daughter, Stephanie J. Davis and husband James of Jonesboro, LA; four grandchildren, Justin Potts, Ericlynn Tatum, James R. Davis, and Trinity Davis; her parents, James D Hall and Mary Ann Freeman Hall; and three brothers, Jimmy Hall and wife Angie of Jefferson, TX, Bobby R. Hall and wife Phyllis of Vowells Mill, and Shannon Hall of Vowells Mill. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Richard Henson. Those honored to serve as pallbearers will be Bobby Hall, Joshua Hall, Shannon Hall, Shannon Garner, James Davis, Eddie Bynog, Derek Davis, and Billy Wayne Potts.
