Nell Bailes

The Bailes family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Thursday, May 29, 2008 at Blanchard St. Denis Funeral Home. Funeral service will be at Blanchard St. Denis Funeral Home Chapel at 1:00 PM Friday, May 30, 2008 with Rev. Paul Haines officiating. Interment will follow at American Cemetery. Mrs. Nell Bailes, age 82, of Natchitoches, La., died Tuesday, May 27, 2008. She was the daughter of the late Morel Sandefur and the late Evelyn (Nichols) Sandefur. She is survived by her Husband, Julian Bailes; Four Daughters, Georgia Bailes Scott and Husband Homer, Juliana Bailes Lipe and Husband James W., Emily Bailes Haines and Husband Paul, and Sara Nell Bailes Williams and Husband Joseph Payne; One Son, M.D. Julian E Bailes, Jr. and Wife Colleen; Eighteen grandchildren and Sixteen great-grandchildren
