Mrs. Loyce M. Flores
Funeral Services for Mrs. Loyce M. Flores will be Thursday, June 5, 2008 at 10:00 am at St. Anne Catholic Church of Spanish Lake with Reverend Antony Aelavanthara officiating. Burial will be at St. Anne Catholic Church Cemetery.
Mrs. Flores passed away Tuesday, June 3, 2008 at her home after a lengthy illness with cancer.
She is survived by her spouse of 45 years, Jacob Flores. Three Daughters, Debra Roberts and her husband Gene, Linda Hill and her husband Robert, Rhonda Flores and her husband Don; One Son, John Singer. She was blessed with 10 Grandchildren, 20 Great- Grandchildren and 1 Great, Great-Granddaughter.
Pallbearers will be Robert Hill, Gene Roberts, Don Flores, Sr., Andrew Davis, Gregory Carrizal, Sr., and Dazmar Alexander. Honorary Pallbearers will be her Grandsons; Gregory Carrizal, Jr., D.H. Flores, Jr., Christopher Davis, Michael Davis, and John Singer III.
Mrs. Flores served on the Valley Electric Board of Directors for 16 years and 9 years with A.L.E.C. She was a resident of the Spanish Lake community and was a member of St. Anne Catholic Church since 1973. She will be fondly remembered for her assistance in the community and her self-less desire to help all who were in need.
The Flores Family would like to express their gratitude and thanks to all the friends and family for their assistance with Loyce during her struggle with cancer and special thanks extended to her physicians; Dr. Velu Volu, Dr. Feagan and Dr. Haun for all their compassion, care and kindness.
