Michael Glenn Dupree

A Mass of Christian Burial for Michael Glenn Dupree will be 10 am Wednesday, December 4, 2013 at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Natchitoches with Rev. John O’Brien serving as celebrant. Interment will follow at St. Augustine Catholic Cemetery in Isle Brevelle, LA. The family will receive friends from 8:30 am until the time of Mass at St. Anthony Catholic Church with recitation of the Rosary to be held at 9:15 am on Wednesday the 4th. Mr. Dupree, 64 years of age and a resident of Natchitoches, passed away Saturday, November 30, 2013 in Natchitoches. He was born October 10, 1949 to Isaac and Cecilia (Metoyer) Dupree in Isle Brevelle, LA. He was preceded in death by his parents, and an infant brother, Isaac Dupree, Jr. Those left to cherish his memory include his children, Michael Glenn Dupree, Jr. and Isaac Emanuel Dupree; step-children, Deke Dupree and Ashley Nicole Dupree; his siblings, Loraine Dupree McGrew, Donna Faye Dupree, Ronald Patrick Dupree, Gary Allen Dupree, and Dowl Bruce Dupree; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and many close friends. Those honored to serve as pallbearers include: Antonio Dupree, Gerald Conant, John Coutee, James “Tokay” LaCour, Anthony Christophe’, and Peter Roque. Honorary pallbearers will be Shannon Roque and Emanuel Dupree.
