Mrs. Bynog, 76 years of age and a resident of Provencal, passed away Thursday July 31st in Natchitoches, LA. She was a faithful Christian wife and mother. She was dedicated to God, her church and family. A prayer warrior – she made hundreds of anointed prayer cloths and gave them, thoughtfully, to others in their trying times. She was never ashamed of her faith and witnessed to many about the Lord. She enjoyed singing and playing gospel music that always came from the heart. Her unique style reflected her love of the old hymns and stringed instruments that reached back to her ancestral roots. She was loyal to her husband for 60 years and always enjoyed her family being close to her. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Bennie Bynog of Provencal; her sons, Johnny Bynog of Provencal and Lester Bynog of Many; her daughters, Lisa Bynog Youman of Natchitoches, Doris Bynog D'Jerf of Logansport, and Lottie Bynog Collier of Atlanta. She was blessed with 13 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
Those honored to serve as pallbearers include: Donnie Bynog, Zach Metoyer, Janson Boyd, John Ballard, Matthew Bynog and Jeff Cassels
