Brian Kelly Stuart

Graveside service for Brian Kelly Stuart will be at 2 pm on Wednesday, October 8, 2014 at American Cemetery in Natchitoches with Father John Cunningham officiating. The family will receive friends from 5 pm until 7 pm on Tuesday, October 7, 2014 at Blanchard St. Denis Funeral Home. Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be at 7:00 pm on the 7th in the funeral home chapel. Brian, 46 years of age, passed away Sunday, October 5, 2014 after a courageous battle with ALS. He was born December 13, 1967 to Virginia and Conrad Stuart in Houston, TX. He was preceded in death by his parents. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends. Those left to cherish his memory include his best friend and companion, Nancy James of Natchitoches; a son, Brennan Kelly Stuart; a daughter, Abigail Grace Stuart; a brother, Dale Stuart and his wife Paula; and two sisters, Renee Weston and her husband Brent and Carol Freestone and her husband Keith; as well as many nieces and nephews. Those honored to serve as pallbearers include: Ralph Maggio, Joey Prudhomme, Byron Trammell, Dean Thigpen, David James, and Macky James. Honorary pallbearers will be Joe Stamey, Michael Prudhomme, and Arthur Welch. In lieu of floral contributions, donations in Brian’s name may be made to ALS LA Chapter, P.O.
