Funeral service for Elouise Clark will be held 2 PM Sunday, November 30, 2008 in Blanchard St. Denis Chapel 848 Keyser Avenue Natchitoches, La. with Rev. Jerry Smelley officiating. Burial will be in Weaver Cemetery at Chestnut, La. Visitation will be Sunday, November 30, 2008 from 1 PM until service time in the funeral home. Ms. Clark, 75, of Campti, La., died Saturday, November 29, 2008, at Natchitoches Regional Long Term Care Unit in Natchitoches, La. She was born in Chestnut, La. She loved a good joke and leaves some great jokes and her sense of humor. Aunt Elouise retired from the Federal Depository Insurance Commission as an auditor after several years in the banking industry. She was a Southern Baptist after her baptism, at an early age, at Campti Baptist Church by Pilgrim Home Baptist Church members. She was preceded in death by her parents, Seaborn A. Clark and Mary Alice Clark; three sisters, Remonia Stewart, Nolia Harper, Winnie Young; two brothers, Howard Clark and Lloyd Clark. She is survived by one brother, Norman Clark of Gulfport, Ms.; one niece, Mary Beth Guin and husband Travis of Campti, La; one great niece, Ramona Guin of Ruston, La.; nine nieces and nephews from out of state. Pallbearers will be Bobby Raynes, Jerrry Sibley, James Guin, Ronald Guin, Larry Smith, and Kelly Hardee. The family wanted to extend their deepest gratitude to the staff at Natchitoches Regional Long Term Care Unit for the care given to Elouise.
