Kenneth Ray Glass

Kenneth R. Glass, age 73, of Gorum, LA passed away on Friday, February 20, 2015 in Natchitoches, LA. Funeral services for Mr. Glass will be Saturday, February 28, 2015, at 11:00 o'clock in the morning at Blanchard-St. Denis Funeral Home in Natchitoches, LA. Internment will follow at Gorum Cemetery in Gorum, LA. A visitation will precede the funeral from 9:00 am - 11:00 am on Saturday, February 28, 2015, at Blanchard-St. Denis Funeral Home. Kenny loved working on diesel engines as well as four wheeling, hunting, and fishing. He had a happy-go-lucky spirit that played into all areas of his life. He is survived by one son, Kenneth Roy Glass and wife Cathy of Gorum, LA; three grandchildren, Tatiana Weinwright and husband Christopher of Marrero, LA, Raynell Arabie and husband Chris of Marrero, LA, and Vanna Calk of Gorum, LA; and five great grandchildren, Logan Arabie, Kent Arabie, Karma Weinwright, Donovan Calk, and Taylor Calk. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Brossette; his parents, Cleve and Maybell Glass; and one grandson, Blake Glass. Those honored to serve as pallbearers are Lloyd Sullivan, Carl Sullivan, Rickey Bolton, Arlen Troquille, Chris Arabie, and Christopher Weinwright.
