Julia Ann "Julie" Stafford

Julia Ann “Julie” Stafford passed away Friday, March 6, 2015 in Natchitoches, LA. She was our dearly loved daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, and friend. Julie may have been a former Silver Spur and beauty pageant contestant at Southwood High School in her hometown of Shreveport in the 1970's, but more recently she was just "Bubbie" to her grandson, Lucas and "Mama" to her children, Evan, Jonathan, Chelsea and Chelsea's husband, Ethan. First, she was the daughter of her beloved parents, John and Mary Ann Stafford. Then, she was sister to Rick, Debra, and Donna. Later, she was "Aunt Julie" to Lauren, Sarah, Danielle, Kate, Quinn, and Emmy. She was also a great sister-in-law to Mike, Ray, and Amy. Julie, we love you and will miss you forever. Services to honor her life will be held at 2 pm Wednesday, March 11, 2015 at the First United Methodist Church of Natchitoches Crossroads Sanctuary with Rev. Doug de Graffenreid officiating. The family will receive friends from 5 pm until 8 pm at the First United Methodist Church of Natchitoches Crossroads Sanctuary on Tuesday, March 10, 2015.
