Marilyn Linda Doucette was born on June 5, 1947 in Natchitoches, Louisiana to James Taft and Juanita Fleming Copellar. She passed away on Thursday, March 19, 2015. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 22, 2015 at the Schmidt Funeral Home Chapel, in Katy, where a rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, March 23, 2015 at the Epiphany of the Lord Catholic Church, in Katy, with Rev. Thomas Joseph, Celebrant. The family will receive friends from 9am until 12:30 pm on Tuesday, March 24, 2015 at Blanchard St. Denis Funeral Home of Natchitoches. Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be at 10:30 am in the funeral home chapel. Graveside service will be at 1 pm on Tuesday the 24th at The Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church Cemetery in Campti.
