He was a graduate of the University Of Oklahoma School Of Banking and proudly served his country in the United States Navy. He will truly be missed but affectionately remembered by his family and friends. His memory will be cherished by his wife, Sherry C. Dial of Bossier City; his mother, Frances Sue Dial of Shreveport; his children, Wayne Dial and his wife Laura, Jeff Dial, Sharon Lindsay, Jana Freeman and her partner Amanda Brosset, and Holly Clarke and her husband Kipper; his siblings, Tommy Dial and his wife Yvonne, Kathleene Weir and her husband Mark, Sherry Bohannon and her husband George, and Linda Dial. He was blessed with 10 grandchildren, Daniel Dial, Ethan Dial, Madison Brosset-Freeman, Audrey Clarke, Grace Anne Clarke, Tyler Robert Clarke, Benjamin Wayne Clark, Stephen Marendino, Lauren Lindsay, and Codie Lindsay; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Eugene S. Dial. Those honored to serve as pallbearers include: Bob Hollingsworth, Steve Waters, Randall Myers, Randall Myers, Jr., Kevin McBride, and Jim Cole. Honorary pallbearers will be Daniel Dial, Ethan Dial, and the Board of Directors of Sabine State Bank. In lieu of floral tributes, the family requests donations are made to the Belmont Cemetery Fund.
