A Mass of Christian burial to celebrate the life of James “Man” Conde will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, June 16, 2015 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Cloutierville, LA. Interment will follow the service at St. John the Baptist Catholic Cemetery. Friends are invited to a visitation with the family from 9:00 until 10:30 Tuesday morning at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, with a Recitation of the Rosary to be held at 10:30 am.
Mr. Conde, 77 years of age and lifelong native of Cloutierville, passed away at the Natchitoches Regional Medical Center on Wednesday, June 10, 2015. He was a lifetime parishioner of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Cloutierville. He never met a stranger. James, loved his wife, children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, daughter-in-laws and son-in-laws, sister, brother, nieces, nephews, and friends with all of his heart.
Those left to cherish his memory include his children, Barbara Conde-Jackson (Samuel), Danny Ray Conde (Martha), Elaine Gallion, and Beverly “Jeanie” Bayonne (Leslie); his grandchildren, Susan Robinson (Eric), Janet Benjamin (Mark), Kristi Willis (Keith), Derrick Bayonne (Jeri), Michael Gallion, Danielle Conde, and Rachel Gallion; four great grandchildren, Madison Robinson, Morgan Robinson, McKenzie Benjamin, and Kameron Willis; his God-children, Lester Coutee, Judy Rachal, and James Balthazar; one sister, Lorine Coutee (Herbert); his brother, Joseph Beaudion; his sister-in-law, Cecile Monette; two brother-in-laws, Clarence Rachal and Henry Rachal (Doris); and numerous nieces, nephews, and special friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Lucille Rachal Conde; and his parents, Jimmie and Lovenia Conde; his sister, Mabel Coutee; and his brother, Frank Beaudion.
The family would like to offer a special thanks to Mrs. Josephine Sarpy, Hospice of Natchitoches, Natchitoches Regional Medical Center, Courtyard of Natchitoches Nursing Home, LA Extended Care Hospital, St. Frances Cabrini Hospital in Alexandria, and Dr. Olatinwo in Natchitoches for all of their loving care and support during Mr. Conde’s illness.
