Graveside services for Gracie Mae Gass will be held at 10:00 am on Thursday, August 27, 2015 at Memory Lawn Cemetery in Natchitoches, LA with Rev. June Schaan officiating.
Gracie Mae Gass, 68 years of age, was born in Natchitoches, LA on August 12, 1947, and passed away August 24, 2015. She was loved by everyone who knew her and will be deeply missed.
She is survived by her children, Louise Barrios and her husband Chuck of Natchitoches, LA, Bonnie Bryan and her husband Ledgeress of Montrose, LA; and Billy Gass and his wife Jennifer of Pineville, LA; her grandchildren, Johnathan Bryan, Sr., Anthony Bryan, Breanna Bryan and Brock Barrios; and one great grandchild, Johnathan Bryan, Jr.
She was preceded in death by her husband Willard Gass; and her parents, Eugene Wheatcraft and Alice Brown Wheatcraft.
Those honored to serve as pallbearers will be Chuck Barrios, Ledgeress Bryan, Jeff Coleman, Clinton Coleman, Johnathan Bryan, Sr., and James Sims.
Honorary pallbearers will be Brock Barrios, Anthony Bryan, and Billy Carpenter.
The family and friends will gather at Campti United Pentecostal Church in Campti, LA immediately following the service for a meal and time of remembrance.
