Stanley Nolan Freeman, age 44, of Robeline, La., passed away Friday, March 6, 2009, at Dolet Hills Mine in Mansfield, LA. Arrangements are being handled by Blanchard St. Denis Funeral Home in Natchitoches, LA.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM Sunday, March 8, 2009 at the Robeline First Baptist Church. The Funeral service will be at Robeline First Baptist Church at 10:00 AM Monday, March 9, 2009, with Rev. Brian Ray officiating. Interment will be at Central Cemetery in Robeline, LA.
Stanley was a loving husband and father. He was a man of God, and always kept Him first in life. He loved to fish, hunt, and spend time outdoors. His main focus was his family and living for God. He just recently returned from a mission trip to Nicaragua, South America. He would help out in anyway that he could and was a true friend and companion. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Brady Freeman.
He is survived by his wife of sixteen years, Lisa Freeman of Robeline, LA; two daughters, Jennifer Hindsley and husband Dwayne of West Virginia and Hannah Freeman of Robeline, LA; two sons, Patrick Freeman and wife Paulisha of Beaumont TX and Steven Freeman of Germany; five grandchildren; his parents, Nolan Freeman and Kerry Mitchell Freeman of Robeline, LA; two brothers Bradley Freeman and wife Paola of Robeline, LA and Timothy Freeman of Houston, TX; one sister, Tonya Marr and husband Jody of Natchitoches, LA; two nieces; and one nephew.
