A service to celebrate the life of Dylan Kyle Poche will be 2 pm Thursday, February 4, 2016 at Freedom Life Church of Natchitoches with Pastor Stanley Clemmons officiating. Burial will follow at Emmanuel Cemetery in Chopin, LA. The family will receive friends from 5 pm until 11 pm on Wednesday, February 3, 2016 at Freedom Life Church of Natchitoches located at 1530 Keyser Ave, Natchitoches, LA 71457. Dylan, 18 years of age, passed away Sunday, January 31, 2016 in Natchitoches. He was born March 10, 1997 in Shreveport, LA to Luther Burt Poche, Jr. and Misty Ott. Dylan was a 2015 graduate of Natchitoches Central High School, where he excelled in tournament fishing. He was enrolled in Northwestern State University and was a member of the fishing team. Being outdoors, whether hunting or fishing, truly were his passions in life. His greatest love was for his family and he will be dearly missed by them and so many friends. We can take comfort in knowing that even through this great loss we know that Dylan is in a much better place today. He is survived by his mother, Misty Ott; his father, Luther Poche, Jr. and his wife Shelley; brothers, Kaleb Poche and Brady Poche; girlfriend, Amber Raynes; grandparents, Marvin Samuel “Bud” Ott and his wife Karen, Michael “Pop” Gray, Luther Poche, Sr. and his wife Brooksie, and Dimple Clevinger and her husband Joe; Aunt, Suzette Mitchell and her husband Joel; uncles, Keith Poche and his wife Brandy, Joseph Clevinger and his wife Brooke James Jacobs and his wife Felisha, Jason Ott and his wife Jeanie and Josh Ott and his wife Kara; as well as a large extended family and so many close friends. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Beverly Gray. Those honored to serve as pallbearers include: Brandon “Bubba” Harris, Cain Hamous, Tyler Trichel, Brenton Lester, Raegan Maxey, Justin Barnhart, Austin Barnhart and Corey Rachal. Honorary pallbearers will be Kaleb Poche, Brayden Poche, Keith Poche, Tyler Poche, Josh Hightower, Landon Mitchell, and Chase Morgan.
