Julian P. Ray

Julian P. Ray, 68 and a resident of Provencal, lost his battle with cancer after months of treatment on April 4, 2016. Julian was born in Lotus, attended Kisatchie School, graduated from Provencal High and attended NSU for several years. He worked for Keller Fire and Safety in sales and also held a managerial position. He is preceded in death by his parents, Dude and Marie Ray of Kisatchie; and his brother, John Earle Ray of Kisatchie. He is survived by a brother, Charles A. Ray and is wife Dottie of Overland Park, Kansas; as well as many loving nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. The family wishes to thank his very dear friend Jennise Martin for all her help, love and encouragement and to all the many special people who helped him in his time of need. A memorial service to honor his life will be scheduled at a later date.
