Irma Fredericks

A memorial service for Mrs. Irma Fredericks will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, January 28, 2017, at Blanchard-St. Denis Funeral Home in Natchitoches, LA. The family will receive friends from 9:00 am until service time in the Chapel of Blanchard-St. Denis. Mrs. Irma, 60 years of age, of Natchitoches, LA, passed away after a courageous battle with cancer on January 24, 2017, in Natchitoches, LA. She was born August 14, 1956, in Belle Chasse, LA. Irma, married William Fredericks, Sr, on January 27, 1989. She loved playing bingo and spending time with family and friends; her grandchildren were her pride and joy. She will be dearly missed by all. She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry Phillips and Carry Kirk Phillips; and two brothers, Kenneth Wayne Phillips and Jerry Lee Phillips. She is survived by her husband, William Fredericks, Sr. of Natchitoches, LA; her children, William Fredericks, Jr. of Galvez, LA, Tammy Sterling of Springfield, MO, Stephanie Crow of Winnfield, LA, Stephanie Cobbs of Marthaville, LA, and Crystal Brown of Colorado Springs, CO; ten grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; three sisters, Mary Wilson of Columbia, LA, Carrie Johnson of Calvin, LA, and Patricia Johnson of Natchez, MS; and six brothers, Johnny Phillips of Clarence, LA, carl Phillips of Baton Rouge, LA, Albert Phillips of Coushatta, LA, Floyd Phillips of Coushatta, LA, and Michael Phillips of McNeal, AR; and Clinton Phillips of Coushatta, LA.
