Bobby Lynn Gorum

A Memorial Service for Bobby Lynn Gorum will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, April 29, 2017, at Trinity Baptist Church in Natchitoches, LA with Rev. Josh Currie officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00 am until service time on Saturday, April 29, 2017, at Trinity Baptist Church. Bobby Gorum, 53 years of age, passed away April 21, 2017 at his home in Natchitoches. Bobby was born on December 17, 1963 in Natchitoches, LA. He graduated from Natchitoches Central High School in 1982. He loved telling jokes, fishing and camping, and was a jack-of-all-trades when it came to farming and mechanical work. He had a kind heart and will be missed by all who knew him. Bobby was preceded in death by his parents, Gennie Mae Gorum and Marion L. “Jack” Gorum. He is survived by his son, Matthew Gorum of Florida; daughter, Ashley Gorum of Natchitoches; brother, Jackie Gorum; sister, Juanita Garcie and husband Gary of Natchitoches; his very special aunt, Mrs. Ruth Moreau; and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
