Judy Palmatary

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held for Judy Palmatary at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 30, 2009 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church of Natchitoches with Reverend James Foster officiating. Interment will follow at American Cemetery of Natchitoches. The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. on Tuesday, December 29, 2009 at Blanchard St. Denis Funeral Home. A 6:30 p.m. Rosary will be held during the visitation. Mrs. Judy Palmatary, 68, passed away Tuesday, December 22, 2009. She was born February 7, 1941 in Centralia, IL to the late Lloyd Allan Hawley and late Kerry VerWay Hawley. She was also preceded in death by her husband and best fishing buddy William “Bill” Palmatary. Mrs. Judy was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Her grandchildren were very important to her and she loved spending time with them. Those left to cherish her memory include her son, Bill Palmatary of Hilliard, OH; daughter, Eden Fields and her husband Jeff of League City, TX; grand-daughters, Melanie Fields, M.D. and Gracie Palmatary; sisters, Nancy Brenski and her husband Ed; Debbie Withers and her husband Jim; brother, Brad Hawley and his wife Janie; numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. She left behind her two best companions; her puppy dogs, Jack and Cassie, who provided great companionship after Bill passed away. Pallbearers will be Bill Palmatary, Charlie Sharkey, Brad Hawley, Buzz Phillips and Sam Beason.
