Funeral service for Kenneth B. Cobb will be held 3 PM Friday, January 1, 2010 in Blanchard St. Denis Chapel with Rev. Tommy Rush officiating. Burial will be in Memory Lawn Cemetery at Natchitoches, La. Visitation will be Friday, January 1, 2010 from 1 PM until service time in the funeral home. Mr. Cobb, 75, of Natchitoches, La., died Sunday, December 27, 2009, at Natchitoches Regional Medical Center in Natchitoches, La. He was a native of New Orleans, La. He was retired from the U. S. Forestry Service. He was a member of First Baptist Church. He was a veteran of the Korean Conflict. He was a preceded in death by a sister, Nona Cobb; parents, Basil Benoit Cobb and Elizabeth Geraldine Thames Cobb. He is survived by three daughters, Karen Rollo and husband Steve of Richardson, Tx., Kathy Buffell and husband Kevin of Jacksonville, N.C., and Carolyn Pearson and husband Tommy of Bryant, Ar.; one son, Mark Cobb of Alexander, Ar.; eight grandchildren and one great-grandson.
