William "Brother" Niette

Funeral service for William Albert Niette (Brother) will be held 1 p.m. Thursday, March 25, 2010 in the chapel of Blanchard St. Denis Funeral Home with Reverend Antony Aelavanthara officiating. Interment will follow at St. Anne’s Cemetery at Spanish Lake. The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. on Wednesday, March 24, 2010 at Blanchard St. Denis Funeral Home. Mr. Niette, 55 years of age, passed away Monday, March 22, 2010 in Baton Rouge, LA. William is survived by his son, Will Niette and daughter in law, Susie of Greenwood Springs, LA; daughter, Amanda Mason and three granddaughters, Madison Niette, Maegen Niette, and Alyssa Mason of Central, LA; father, William Niette and step-mother, Jewel of Spanish Lake, LA; four sisters and two brothers, Sue Butterworth of Keithville, LA, Roy and Willie Mae Bass of Denham Springs, LA, Greg and Brenda Carrizal of Spanish Lake, LA, Shane and Margaret Lawhon of Natchitoches, LA, Gary and Cindy Johnigan of Keithville, LA, Michael Niette of Spanish Lake, LA; numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Amanda Catherine Page Niette; maternal grandmother, Elizabeth Page Foshee; paternal grandparents, Jack and Catherine Niette. Those honored to serve as pallbearers include Jay Procell, Wayne Oniesha, Charles Ray Dedon, Jerrod Gray, Brian Gray, and Charlie Solice. Honorary pallbearers will be Albert Procell, Jr. and Glynn Niette. I know my Redeemer lives and that in the end he will stand upon the earth. And after my skin has been destroyed, yet in my flesh I will see God. Job 19:25
