Funeral service for Beatrice Chapman Desadier will be held 1 PM Thursday, May 13, 2010 in Blanchard St. Denis Chapel with Deacon Joe Peltier officiating. Burial will be in Cloutierville Catholic Cemetery in Cloutierville, La. Mrs. Desadier, 79, of Natchitoches, La., died Tuesday, May 11, 2010, at Louisiana Extended Health Care in Natchitoches, La. She was a native of Cloutierville, La. She was a homemaker and a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Cloutierville, La. Preceded in death by husband, Otis Lee Desadier; parents, Willie Chapman, Jr. and Mary Susie Antee Chapman; sister, Willie Mae Dalme; brother, Irvin Chapman She is survived by her daughter, Geraldine Desadier of Natchitoches, La; nephew, Roger Chapman of Natchitoches, La.; four nieces, Elaine Gourdon of Clarence, La., Carol Jowers of Boyce, La., Katherine Dalme and Carolyn LaCaze of Natchitoches, La.; cousin, Helen Starnes of Natchitoches, La.; four sisters in law, Ruby Tanzey of Gorum, La., Mable Driskill and Lorene Desadier of Natchitoches, La., and Hazel Barnette of Saline, La.; numerous other nieces and nephews Pallbearers will be Roger Chapman, Charles Henry Gourdon, Richard Shane LaCaze, Rodger Lee Collum, Terry Desadier, and Billy Joe Jowers.
