Funeral service for Roy Glen Cheatwood will be held 10 AM Thursday, November 2, 2006 in Blanchard St. Denis Chapel with Rev. Roger Matkin officiating. Burial will be in Old Castor Cemetery at Castor, La. Visitation will be Wednesday, November 1, 2006 from 5 PM until 9 PM and on Thursday, November 2, 2006 from 8 AM until service time in the funeral home. Mr. Cheatwood, 36, of Natchitoches, La., died Monday, October 30, 2006, at Natchitoches Regional Medical Center in Natchitoches, La. . He was a native and lifelong resident of Natchitoches, La. He was a lumber yard foreman at Stines Lumber in Natchitoches, La. He was preceded in death by his father, Roy Lee Cheatwood. He is survived by his wife Pamela Lodridge Cheatwood of Natchitoches, La.; one daughter, Paige Cheatwood of Natchitoches, La.; three sons, Dylon Cheatwood, Layton Wayne Cheatwood, and Tyler Anthony Chester of Natchitoches, La. all of Natchitoches, La. mother and step-father, Sarah Hesser and husband James of Coushatta, La.; one sister, Sheila Cheatwood of Natchitoches, La.; one brother, Eric Cheatwood of Campti, La. Pallbearers will be Eric Cheatwood, Lane Wilson, Thomas Cheatwood, James Hesser, Ted Brou, and Sam Brou.
