Freddie Derbonne

Mr. Freddie Derbonne, 94, of Natchitoches, La. passed away Friday, November 10, 2006 at Natchitoches Regional Medical Center. He was a retired farmer and a native of Derry, La. and a member of St. John The Baptist Catholic Church. He is preceded in death by his parents, Alicide and Victoria Derbonne; brother, W.J. 'Bill' Derbonne; sisters, Hazel Derbonne and Rita Brossett. He is survived by his sister, Ann L. Derbonne of Shreveport, La.; two nephews, Larry W. Brossett of Shreveport, La. and Jim Derbonne of Montgomery, Tx. Pallbearers will be his nephews, Larry Brossett and Jim Derbonne; great nephews, David Derbonne, Rick Derbonne, Chad Brossett; and great-great nephew Keaton Holley. Graveside service will be Monday, November 13, 2006 at 11 AM in St. John The Baptist Catholic Cemetery in Cloutierville, La. with Deacon Joe Peltier officiating, under the direction of Blanchard St. Denis Funeral Home of Natchitoches, La. Vistiation will be Sunday, November 12, 2006 from 5-7 PM with a rosary at 6 PM. Visitation will also be Monday, November 13, 2006 from 8-10 AM in the funeral home.
