Funeral service for Mary Effalee Gallien Brossett will be held 10 AM Tuesday, November 21, 2006 in St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Cloutierville, La. with Rev. Stephen Scott Chemino and Rev. John Cunningham officiating. Burial will be in Cloutierville Catholic Cemetery in Cloutierville, La. Visitation will be Monday, November 20, 2006 from 5 PM until 9 PM with a Rosary at 6 PM and visitation on Tuesday, November 21, 2006 from 8 AM until 9 AM in the funeral home. Mrs. Brossett, 80, of Cloutierville, La., died Saturday, November 18, 2006, at Natchitoches Regional Medical Center Long Term Care Unit in Natchitoches, La. She was a native of Cloutierville, La. She was a retired postal clerk at Cloutierville Post Office. She was a member of St. John The Baptist Catholic Church. She is preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence Brossett; two brothers, Theodule Gallien and James Gallien. She is survived by two daughters, Sonia Morgan and husband Scott of Benton, La. and Lanette Nichols and husband Steve of Natchitoches, La.; two sons, Dwayne Brossett and wife Ginny of Natchitoches, La. and James Brossett and wife Shari of Colorado Springs, Co.; ten grandchildren, Kelly Morgan, Randel Brossett, Lauren Brossett, Erin Brossett, Hannah Nichols, Dustin Nichols, Tyler Nichols, Madison Brossett, Benjamin Brossett, and Katelyn Brossett.
